If you're opening the bag for the first time, you might notice that the zipper feels a bit stiff, don’t worry, that’s completely normal! Our bags are vacuum-sealed and designed with airtight, anti-leak zippers to keep your items secure. This means they can be a little tricky to open at first.
Here are a few tips to help:
1. Apply gentle but firm pressure when unzipping. It may take a bit of effort the first time due to the vacuum seal.
2. Pull the zipper ring upwards (not flat or sideways) to get a better grip and leverage.
3. Once unsealed, the zipper will be easier to use going forward.
