Section 21 – Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Aerless, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Aerless-branded products, applicable exclusively to factory defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects or flaws in craftsmanship that arise under normal use

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Aerless.com or an authorized retailer
What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (including fading, scuffs, or abrasions)

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents

Modifications or alterations to the product

Improper storage, cleaning, or handling

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorized retailers
How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team via the form on the Support Page and provide:

Photos or videos showing the defect

Proof of purchase
Once your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item, replace it with the same or equivalent product, or offer store credit.
Limitations:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Aerless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
Section 22 – Dispute Policy
Dispute Timeframe
All disputes or non-receipt claims must be submitted within 100 days of the order date. After this period, we cannot investigate or process disputes, as carrier tracking and delivery data may no longer be available.
Proof of Delivery
If the carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” it will be considered successfully delivered. (We may ask for proof of delivery from our local carrier if customer would like to get a proof of delivery (POD)
Late Disputes
Disputes filed after 30 days may be automatically denied if tracking shows delivery or fulfillment records confirm completion.
