Not satisfied with your order? We’ve got you covered. At Aerless, we strive to make returns as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can shop with confidence.
Return Window
Standard Return Period: You get 100 days from order delivery to make sure it’s the perfect match. Feel free to load it up and try it on. Just make sure it stays good‑as‑new:
EU Customers: Orders shipped into the European Union qualify for a 100-day cooling-off period, allowing returns for any reason within 100 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Self-inflicted damage to products is not covered by replacement, return, or refund
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation).
How to Start a Return
1. Submit your return request at https://returns.aerless.com.
2. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Only return the items confirmed through the Return Portal. Unlisted items may delay processing.

Processing Times
Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your item.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. If it's been over 15 business days, contact us at support@aerless.com.

Return Label Validity
Return labels are valid for 20 days from the date issued. If the return isn’t shipped within this window, the label will expire, and the return will be voided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right: support@aerless.com
What Counts as Wear and Tear
We’re happy for you to try out your product, but significant use may affect your eligibility for a full refund:
Textile items: Stains, tears, or signs of extended use
Luggage/Backpacks: Large scuffs, broken parts, misuse
Other gear: Functional damage or excessive wear
